Real Bankruptcy Reform

As a consumer bankruptcy attorney, I see the results of the credit-card companies’ bought-and-paid-for “reforms” on a near-daily basis.  While Texas has (so far) avoided the worst of the ongoing crash, I’m still astonished to find just how many people are only one bad month (or one bad day) away from financial ruin.  This proposal would help level the playing field, at least a little.
