Justice Denied?

A frightening story that suggests, very strongly, that Texas may have executed an innocent man.  As a criminal defense attorney and a supporter of the death penalty, this frankly scares the hell out of me.  Even after recent reforms, Texas still seems bound and determined to stack the deck whenever and howevere possible in criminal prosecutions.  With that sort of mentality, this kind of result, if true, becomes inevitable.
